Considering how obsessed our kids are with legos, we figured this would be a good year to head down to San Diego for a little visit to the lego mecca. After having been in D-land for three days, the rides definitely felt like a letdown--long lines for short rides--but the lego cities, landmarks, and Star Wars characters made the whole thing more than worth it. Incredible! There were also tons of interactive building areas that the kids never wanted to leave.
One last Anaheim shot.
We walked past this little restaurant spot every time we headed back to our hotel.
And with such a great name, we just had to try it.

Storybook boat ride
A workout and a ride: pull yourself to the top
Work those legs, baby
How can you resist the cars?
Family force push
Be thankful we only showed you two
of the many, many Star Wars creations we had to capture with film.
