The smallest person in our house did something for the first time.
Swimming Lessons.
She screamed the first five minutes, refusing to get in the pool.
Once we got past that hurdle, she refused to put her head in the water.
Of course.
And then she got over it.
Mostly.

I love it when my kids don't need me it the pool anymore.

Love it! Drew also learned how to swim recently and boy it sure lifts a burden off a mom's shoulders!
Amen, Denita! We're not there yet, but I can't wait for the day when all three know how to swim proficiently enough that I can completely relax poolside.
